ABOUT THREE SEASONS CONSTRUCTION
Locally owned company who focuses on the customer's needs with quality products.
Giving high quality service at a price they deserve.
Welcome
We are based in Fairbanks Alaska.
We serve the local and surrounding remote communities as a general contractor specializing in dirt work and septics.
Dirt work all summer and most of the winter when we can.
We also have pilot trucks available.

We are a small licensed, bonded, and insured company that is tailored to making customers satisfied by high quality workmanship and communication.
Communication is one of the most lacking areas that contractors have with the customers. We go above and beyond to make sure the customer knows exactly what is going on. Whether it is by email, text, phone, or in person.
Quality workmanship is our goal whether it is a small project or extremely large one. If you are looking for a “cheap fix” solution or a “cutting corners” approach to a project, then we are not the company for you. Our work is an expression of who we are and how we think. We believe in doing it right the first time!
We service residential, commercial and military needs.

The past few years we have transitioned into the dirt work side of construction.

Driveways:
-
New: If you have a tundra type of ground we don't dig out the organic material. It creates soft ground and turns into a sink hole. We put down road fabric and add layers of gravel with compaction on top of that.
In most cases a culvert is needed.
There are many different sizes to fit your job.
-
Old: We dig out the holes so that it starts out without any packed areas. If we left it and just filled in the holes it would be back to its old ways in just a short time. In most cases the ditch if it has one has filled in over the years. We dig those out if possible when we redo the drive.
-
Gravel: We use D1 or Fines for a top finish. Tailings and pit run for fill on the base layers.

Land clearing:
-
Depending on the job we can cut trees and remove the debris. Smooth out the areas if needed or form whatever needs done in that area. Or we can use a brush hog and mow down the small saplings and brush that have grown up over time.

Post Hole Augering:
-
8" 12", 16", and 24" options for whatever you need. Also have 2' extensions so we can drill up to 6' deep. As long as we can get our equipment into the location.
-
A part of the auger side is that we set electrical poles that meet GVEA standards. We partner with "The Electrician" that does the electrical part and we do the clearing and setting. Even in the winter.
Ditch and drainage issues:
-
When your yard is not sloped in the proper direction. Or your drainage ditch needs revamped or even a new one we have you covered. We DO NOT install french drains. There area few exceptions but they do not work in our frozen environment. We rip out quite a few of them that people have installed and we get called because it doesn't work.

Jib:

-
We have a hydraulic jib that combined with the skid steer arms can reach around 25' high. We use it to set logs, trusses, and a few odd jobs here and there.

Winter:
-
We offer snowplowing with pickup trucks.
-
We can move piles back and stack with the skid steer if needed.
-
We have a gravel spreader for the truck for driveways and small parking lots
-
We have a great season of hardpack removal from February to March.
Septics:
-
 DEC certified septic installations.
-
From your regular septics to the engineered ones (Raised Beds) we have you covered.
-
Even if you only need a leach field by itself.

Fuel Tank and Fuel Cleaning:

-
When your fuel is dirty and has water mixed in. We can clean that.
-
If the tank is dirty we can remove the fuel and clean the rust and debris out of it.
-
We can remove in ground fuel tanks or decommission them while in the ground. Examples of needing this is getting natural gas and the tank is no longer needed.

Pilot Trucks

Check out our pilot truck page for more information.
The name Three Seasons Construction comes from the fact that we only work three of the Alaskan seasons. We will work all winter, all spring and summer, but come fall time we are not around for a little while.
